Episode uploaded as the wrong number

Hello, today I just finished my Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Serbian Subtitles, but the episode "Couples Retreat" which is Season 3 Episode 14 got uploaded as Season 2 Episode 26 as seen in the image below:



This probably happened because the episode order of this show is screwy because this technically is S02E26 in some other episode order, but the one on your site lists it as Season 3 Episode 14, so could somebody please just set it to the correct episode so it shows up on the list, because currently it's not on the list of episodes:

I just checked, and even on imdb it says that it's Season 3 Episode 14. This same thing happened with another episode where it wasn't showing up on the list (see this post of mine here: viewtopic.php?t=18760) and an admin was able to fix it.
Can't you change the episode number so it says Season 3 Episode 14, or somehow just put it on the list of episodes?
I don't know how you guys do this, I just really want this episode to be visible on the list.

you can go on your uploaded subtitles, then click "correct subtitles" and insert IMDB link of EPISODE you want to assign to. try

If the uploaded episode is identified as a non-existing season and episode on IMDB DB, then these errors can occur.

In your case, IMDB episode ID did not exist as S02E26, but it is showing the S02E26 designation.

When this occurs, check that episode ID is correct to IMDB reference, then do an IMDB update at the episode level to kick start and update sync. It now shows the correct SxxEyy.

Then, you need to IMDB update at Root or series level the same way. This will reorder any new changes and display.

Double check, but they should be in agreement now. In the future before uploading, make sure that your episode designations always agree with IMDB before uploading.

Since we have already this thread, let's reuse it. The subject matches Different series, though.

I don't know about other seasons, but it happens in season 2. There are two different numberings for episodes, let's call them "OS number" and "OT number" (OTher). It turns out that OT= OS +1. This is because in OS the first two episodes are joined so that the first two episodes in OT become just one in OS. There are several subs with this problem, too many to correct them one by one. An administrator can do this work. With the web interface it would take me at least one hour. It can be automated somehow because if you look at the release or file name, you have the episode title which is straightforward. You only have to take the episodes and shift by 1. Some examples:

I can see at least 8 subtitles in page for episode 7 (Carrier) with word "life" in its release name. Same for every page. It's not that I don't want to do the job, but with the limited access of web interface it would take like 10 times more, doing it manually one by one.

hm, getting it via name is a bit problematic. If you would write me if it is with all episodes in season 2 uploaded by SubsceneImport and all episodes are shifted by 1, so I can make some magic maybe. So all subs from 2nd episodes should be -1 episode only for season 2 right ?

I've started to review and go through the English side for Season 2.

Correct, they are a mess due to users mislabeling of the two part episode one, which skewed the balance.

Looks like Season 3 needs work, also has issues due to Ep 0 beginning and a two parter split between episodes 3 and 4 which is skewing epiosdes.

It would helpful if they had the episode title, as 99% of the time this tracks the IMDB primary key for sorting the DB back into order.

Brassic's christmas special called A Very Brassic Christmas is listed as season 6 episode 00 on here and on IMDb too, but that's wrong. (Anyone can edit IMDb, so imo that's not a really credible source.) Every release of that episode is listing it as s05e09, but it's really just a Christmas Special if you check its airdate!. So on the site the 601 is missing from the list now if you check the list of all english subs for this series, and it goes the same for the 607 too. Because if you insist that the christmas special is 600, then the season has actually 8 episodes.i posted the season's "No Impaired hearing" subtitles for the 720p WEB-DL H264 BONE season pack a few days ago. . Please fix it. Thank you very much!

imdb.com is reliable source, sure there are some mistakes. If anybody can edit it - please do, so they - and we - have correct information, thank you
