Bazarr error 'Payment Required' while on VIP status

Hi!

I have this error: Throttling opensubtitles for 12 hours, until 24/01/09 09:42, because of: PaymentRequired. Exception info: "'' ~ opensubtitles.py@422" even though I have VIP status. I'm on Bazarr 1.4.

How can this be fixed?

not sure if you are using opensubtitles.org or opensubtitles.com - but probably .com - you was not VIP there, I upgraded you, so now it should be OK

I was using opensubtiles.org actually. Should I change to .com?

Edit: I changed to .com, but then get DownloadLimitExceeded

I also get this error but i had to rebuild my Bazarr today, and renew my VIP it says PaymentRequired next retry in 12 hours.

Mine is saying "Payment Required" even after updating the Vip status.

you are VIP https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/profile/iduser-4303987 and if you configure bazaar correctly, it must work. If doesnt, send us to admin at opensubtitles dot org bazaar log file

Have you found a solution to this?

I just got my VIP status and added the opensubtitles.org to bazarr but I am getting the following error message

Throttling opensubtitles for 1 hour, until 24/07/10 23:25, because of: ServiceUnavailable. Exception info: "'Unknown Error, empty response: None: None' ~ opensubtitles.py@443"

These are my settings

VIP -> true
Use SSL -> false (even if I set it to true and then refresh the page, it goes back to false. So, I assume that's fine)
Skip Wrong FPS -> true

Bazarr version: v1.4.3

this was temporary error, when OS was down.
