I use an app called iSTB. I can set opensubtitles credentials (I’m a vip member since.. today.

This app seems to be using the new opensubtitles.com API, so you need an opensubtitles.com account.
The username "haller74" isn't registered on any of our sites, neither is the email used for your account on the forum, so we can't track what VIP account you are using, if you need to clear up these things you can contact us here https://www.opensubtitles.com/en/contact letting us know what is your username
