Online subtitles worked fine for a while when I registered & paid for VIP membership ... now it will not recognize my username / password when I try logging in the settings for subtitles. Please help.

Make sure any add-on or app is connecting to the right site where you registered.
On .org your account seems fine and was logged into yesterday. If it's an issue on .com, you have to import your account there from .org on the log on page.

If so, then open a ticket and use the contact us form for further investigation: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/contact
