bazarr permission error

i connected my account to bazarr (non vip .com acc) and it seems ok not a straight up error but when i try to download subtitles it says:
(7fb0b9c52b38) : INFO (get_providers:372) - Throttling opensubtitlescom for 12 hours, until 24/05/11 15:14, because of: PermissionError. Exception info: "'[Errno 1] Operation not permitted' ~ opensubtitlescom.py@226"

did i setup incorrectly?
how come i dont have permission?

i used my username and password(hash) should i use non hash or is something else wrong?

ok so i changed the bazarr from lsio to hotio and the error was gone so a problem in bazarr lsio for docker

edit:
it worked and then stopped working again...
need help same error
