Cannot use Flix Tools / OS

A couple of weeks ago, we bought the VIP OS membership. We wrote to FlixTools asking how to get started. Now, though we successfully logged into the OS forum using an older login we created some time ago, we cannot log into the OS site, and we have no idea how to get started with FlixTools. We have written three times to the support email address, but we have never received a response. Our Order ID is FLI240112-9025-42190. Someone, please respond.

Also, for someone who is visually impaired, your captcha is WAY too difficult. I have attempted it more than a dozen times today and given up 9 of those times. Tone it down, please. (Yes, you CAN control the difficulty level.)

The login for the forum and for the subtitles website are two different things.
You have to use the account that you bought the VIP OS membership.
Log into the OS site with that account.
The same thing with flixtool, use username and password of VIP account.
