cannot import account from .org

I've attempted the import process twice. Each time I get the "import successful" and "check email" message, but my email never arrives.

I created a new account (the one I'm using now) with a different email address, just to write this new topic, but I need to import my VIP account from my .org with my original email address.

always use "Contact us" bellow - so write us message and we will respond. This is completely wrong area to write this...
