Two of the same episode in a show

So, I've been uploading Serbian subtitles to Ben 10: Alien Force but when I uploaded episode 12 it took the place of episode 11 for some reason.

I'm sure I wrote the IMDB number and name and everything correctly, I don't know what happened. When I tried to edit the episode and put in episode 11, it said that I have already uploaded episode 11

but as you can see it doesn't show up on the list so now there are two episodes called "Plumbers' Helpers". Can you somehow fix it so that "Be-Knighted" is episode 11 and "Plumbers' Helpers" is episode 12 and if not, just delete both of those subtitles and I'll reupload them.
