Odd listing

Hi,
I'm fairly new to this site so please forgive if I'm repeating a previous question, I did look at previous questions but without finding anything relevant.
I wanted the subtitles for a tv series [Archie] with 4 episodes. When it lists them episodes 2,3, and 4 are all English [ the ones I want] but the first episode is only in Greek. There may be a simple explanation for this but it's got me baffled. Any help will go someway to stop my brain hurting.

That link didn't work for me.
There is something wrong with the episode overview listing (episode 1 is missing), but if you search by IMDb ID of episode 1, you get this:

Yep, something is wrong here.

Follow this link and you see episode 1, but if you click on Show all Episodes for this TV Show, there is no episode 1 listed.
Also there is no "Special". That ID is actually episode 1.
I tried Update IMDB, but there was no change.

Now it's not working.
When i searched for the series, the subtitles for ep.1 appeared in the #unclassified episodes.
And it was that link that appeared when clicking on the #unclassified episodes.

I didn't see any #unclassified heading when I was investigating.

Now it doesn't appear, maybe someone clicked on parse tv, or updated imdb.
If the subtitle have the correct imdb of the episode, disappears from the list #unclassified episodes

There is some underlying problem.
If you look closely at the complete listing of episodes from link you posted.
Episode 1 has a heading of "Archie" One (2023)
One Episode 4 has a heading of Archie (2023) [no quotes]
Episodes 2, 3, and 4 have a headings of
"Archie" Episode #1.2 (2023)
"Archie" Episode #1.3 (2023)
"Archie" Episode #1.4 (2023)
Why doesn't episode 1 and the oddball 4 follow this naming scheme?
That's the underlying problem.
