These are different form official subs. Did you mislabel the episode?

OS members can revise and make corrections such as ID, on subtitles that have been previously uploaded under their account. Guidelines on forum link:

Okay, done S02E29 and S03E07 for you. Check to see if okay. I filled in same FPS as your other subs.
Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo S05E01 and E03 will be done in a few minutes too. Site giving too much latency issue at the moment.

Follow the guidelines:

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2595

and start at Note 1 which is "Correct Subtitles" for the particular entry. This will provide an option of Item 6 "Sub Filename CD1 (update)" This will upload as a new revision, V2. Or, if the episode just needs re-ID, replace Item 3 with the new IMDB number.

Do not try and upload like a normal procedure new submission, go through the "Correct subtitles" options per procedure. Try this again, if there are any problems, we can take this offline via PM and go through the specific details.

Delete one which is not needed by clicking on "disable"!

Sorry Scooby, I see that you just now addressed these updates.

It's okay, bud. I think he was struggling uploading to those missing episode subs, not an issue with updating an existing file. On a rare occasion when you try uploading as anonymous the site says the subtitle already exists when it doesn't, but that doesn't normally happen to logged in users. Strange.

Just for reference, when I mentioned S0307 subs were mislabeled they weren't uploaded. The system was working as it should have.
