I cant dauwnload subtitle even when I am logged, This is what happening

- to use same browser in incognito/private mode

It seems silly but after trying many other options this works for me: DO NOT LOGIN! As soon as I entered the site today and my browser (Firefox latest version on Windows 10) automatically logged me in, I logged out. I searched for something I needed and pressed the 2nd Download button (not the beta) and it immediately downloaded the file. I got several other files with no waiting and no errors. However, to post this reply I had to resubmit my registration
