Popcorn time log in error

Hello my friends. I downloaded Popcorn time but when i go to settings ant try to log in to opensubtitles.org using my username and password nothing happens, just a red "X". I checked my spelling, my mail, i followed the link in the activation mail but still nothing happens. Any solution? Thanks in advance!

I guess that red X means a login error...

Please note that login for this forum and for the subtitle site are two different ones.
You can not use the login for this forum for getting subtitles.

So, make sure you register on the subtitle site:
https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/newuser
and use those credentials.

same happening here. I even created another OpenSubtitles username but no luck.
(not using my forum credentials and accounts are verified)

I have the same problem. I can't login to Opensubtitles with Popcorn. And I'm using the correct user and password. I've checked and double checked.

Hey guys , I found the issue. To correctly log in into Popcorn time you have to registrer in this link https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/newuser# and when your done you can go to popcorntime seettings en log in, if you did correctly, a green check is gonna appaering at the right side of your Username.

I have the same problem in popcorn time. My username and password are correct, but it appeals the x, like an incorrect access.
¿Some developer can bringa solution?

Hey guys, so i actually figred this out on my own. what fixed it for me is to go into your
profile id user setting
https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/profile/iduser-XXXXXX

And put a cross in the languages you want ( none where crossed in mine).Crossed of english and stored. Went into older version of popcorn(that for some reason doesent work but is linked to my new version) . Logged in here , green check, restarted new version where movies and series works - the solution to that was this;

Press show advanced settings
find;

Custom movie server
insert;

https://yts.mx/

and in

Custom series server
insert;

https://popcorn-ru.tk/
