One of the things that I have always wanted to find are the subs that show up when your non preferred language appears. Aside from going through a srt file and deleting the bulk of it, is there a file extension I can search for? Or a way to get subtitles just for the parts in the movie that are not the language you know.

update:: Looks from reading a post below I'm looking for "hard subs", anyone know where to find them?
