Please help me

I downloaded "The Sixth sense" subtitle in Macedonian language, but when I play it or when I click the preview there's something wrong with the font of the subtitle. There are some weard fonts. This is hapening with all the subtitles in Macedonin language and Arabic too.
Is there something wrong with my PC? Or with my fonts?
Please help me. I really want to watch this movie and understandig every word of it :).
