First of all, if timings don't match your video file, it doesn't (necessarily) mean the subtitle is bad and need to be fixed. Are you sure you are using the given release (***movie title*** (2016) 720p Bluray RARBG)? If not, then that's the problem, not the subtitle.
Secondly, this forum is not the place for making requests - it would be flooded and an unusable chaos in no-time. Therefore requests should be made on the subtitle site: http://www.opensubtitles.org/en/request
Make sure you enter the release you have in the comment field.
