how to insert subtitle into movie and burn it in VCD format?

Hi... I a newbie here... I am looking for the english subtitle for Airwolf (preferably season 1 episode pilot, episode 1 and 2)... but I don't think you have yet :cry: .. but I have questions... if I already download the subtitle, how to insert the subtitle into the movie -I read your explanation to insert it by converting into dvd - but mine is into VCD format. is that possible? and could you show me how?

it is possible, there are good guides on www.doom9.net so check them out. In general, if you have AVI and you want VCD, it is quite easy - I remember good old way - virtualdub, subtitle filter (ssa capable), proxy, panasonic encoder :)
