Where can I find subtitles for "Quantum Leap - Season 3

Does anyone have it? The third season of Quantum leap is the only one that doesn't have subtitle file anywhere! This is very strange because on DVD, they have!

Please, does anyone can help me? I need those, I have hearing problems.
