Forced subtitles

I was wondering if there is a unique label or if anyone just uploads the forced subtitles of some movies.

For instance many dvdrips found online are often incomplete without there forced subtitles or the subtitles that if in a English film another language is spoken and it is subtitled.

I know i could manually go in and erase all of the subtitles that overlay the english dialog and upload that. However there are ways of extracting the forced subtitles ( see www.doom9.org) which has some forums about extracting forced subtitles.

It would be nice if people would add these files if they are available to them.
