Wallander - Luftslottet - English subtitles out of synch

Sat Jul 14, 2007 6:17 am

After burning the avi and srt files to disc it seems, at least in the first few scenes, that the subtitles are about 6 seconds in front of the action.

Has anybody else had this problem? Is there a way to fix it? It would be a nightmare to have to adjust the timing of every line of dialogue in the srt file>

Thanks.

Name film and subtitle the same and put them both in the same folder.

Open the subtitle file with Subtitleworkshop. The film should load in Subtitleworkshop.

Hit CTRL+D to bring up the delay feature.

Use +/- and the time you want to move the subtitles, e.g. +6 seconds.

Save file

Or to keep the original, SAVE AS (choose subrip).
