How to accurately describe a subtitle?

Wed Feb 14, 2007 11:20 am

Hello all,
I was using this site for sometime now, I got some great subtitles from here :) thx
The problem is I get a subtitle and usually I have to correct it to work with my version of the movie, (different fps , different timing, etc..), so I thought about reuploading those files after correction, so other people using same version of movie don't need to redo the work.
Now what is the best way to describe the movie files that the subtitle will work with??
The file name, the exact size, the length and fps of the file, some hash?
Thanks

Aleph

that's easy...
just use SubDownloader ^_^
it'll solve both your downloading and uploading problems
