How can I fill subtitle gaps with word "empty"?

I want to edit subtitle of my movies for automatically find empty parts of a subtitle file that doesn't have audio; hence there are no text for that timing and i want an automatic process to edit those timing parts with word "empty". So there will be no untext parts in a subtitle file.
It's necessary to say I don't want expand ends or starts of timings.
Please help me. It's very important to me.
