Hi

Please forgive the noob question! I need a simple guide to setting up OpenSubtitles API using XAMPP/PHPMyAdmin etc. into a local database for personal purposes.

I've been scratching my head for a few hours and have reached multiple dead ends from various websites.

Does anyone have any experience of doing this? Alternatively, are there better tools to use than XAMPP?

XAMPP is simple, first of all you have to make sure XAMPP is working and the you start programming in PHP.
