After registration I still can't use subtitles org on kodi keep having a message wrong username or password or account not valid
Please advice

I tried all the methods, uninstalling, restarting Kodi, computer, uninstalling again, downloading again...
On the bright side, I don't get the "Wrong username..." anymore, now I get "Error when downloading subtitles"...
Yesterday everything worked fine, even with the old add-on with my username and password.

I have same problem. I have old version of Kodi (my TV doesn't support Kodi 17
).

Same problem here. It was working fine on Kodi until 3 or 4 hours ago when the user and pwd message started to appear. I have a valid user that works when I login to website.
Now on Kodi it's not working anymore.
Any clue?

+1 here, looks like the Kodi Add-On is broken at the moment. Hope a fix is coming soon!

it works for me now, i unistalled everything, than with indigo (tvaddons) addon installer and there you find the opensubtitles addon
istall it, than restart your system (not only kodi) for me these steps worked

guys, just 2 things:
- we have problems with API right now, specially on peak hours, so if your KODI was working before, dont change anything, it is not fault on your side.
- www and forum uses separate accounts, always use just www account info (login and pass) in KODI, opensubtitles addon
