What's up with this issue in SubDownloader 2.0.13? I can't use imdb id's I've been using for a long time now.

I'm having the same problem, but only sometimes. It happens with the standalone Java uploader too.

This day, there is a problem with IMDB from movies, the real IMDB's don't match with the names of the movies.
"House M.D." or House becomes: "Dr. House"
Frasier becomes: 0106004 (0)
Bones becomes: "Bones" (0)
Caprica becomes: "Caprica" (0)
The Office US becomes: "The Office" (0)
And more........

And is is going back to all subs uploaded before, so all the names of the movies got the same problem.
Can this be fixed?
It is for all the languages.

The problem is that IMDBID changed its format and since it doesn't provide an API to its data the normal method (which is scraping IMDB for data) produces all this incorrect data.

I reported something similar here but only so it's tracked. There's not much to do other than fixing the scrapers and repopulating the data (a good idea possible would be to pull all the IMDB data from a backup and stop updating all of it, leaving only the ID and name(s)).

This will need a revision on the scrapers, which I'm sure Oss is hard at work with. In the meantime a good chunk of functionality is broken (e.g. SolEol can't upload subs as it uses the IMDB search functionality from OS to get its IMDB IDs).

it should be fixed (II see still some small glitches, but main functionality should work as before)

if you experience any other problems with imdb, please let me know.

It's much better, yes.

Some movies still report the name of an AKA (like Wallace & Gormit, Curse of the were-rabbit) but the methods now return valid data.

There are still mismatched results in SearchSubtitles. I reported 20 or so yesterday. But the number seems to have come down.
