Subzero timeout issues?

Hey everyone,

I'm just getting into Sonarr/Radarr/Usenet. I've configured everything correctly, I believe, and installed Subzero to manage subtitles in my Plex server.

However, I get timeout errors after downloading a few subtitles. I paid for VIP status yesterday, and put it my login info, and checked the box that I have VIP status in Subzero.

The message is "not using opensubtitles until xxxx time because serviceunavailable".

Anyone encounter this?

Starting to see this again. I think there's something going on with subzero.

nope, subzero have nothing to do with this. It is about our service, we got recently some problems with servers.

I'm also using Sub-zero and has been getting the same error message the past 10 days. It started early morning 2020-08-01. Is it a problem on OS end this time also?

our service works. Send me in PM your IP address, it might be problem you are in firewall

Hello,

Can you help me as well, I am a VIP member as well, I shut everything down for 7 days to make sure I did not overask the server. However I only downloaded 200 subtitles so far and getting the service unavailable all the time.

That's a little misleading flaw of the forum's PM system, happening sometimes.
Most likely it is actually sent and received. Just be patient.

Hi

please write what exactly doesnt work, you can not download from website or from plugin ? Also send me via PM your IP address, so I can have look, everything should work
