I see.If it uploads as "new" subs, meaning the file is different. Or to simplify, to update new video hash you have to upload the exact file you have downloaded from OpenSubtitles and not alter / change anything inside it.
are you downloading and uploading subs as registered user?As this site adds few random advertisements into subtitles they are then marked as new instead of same as original.
Just needed to remove extra adds with Subtitle Edit and it worked.
Indeed it is a strange issue. The errors seem to have reduced a bit, I can upload quiteI can reproduce problem in OS uploader, but when I try my uploader php script, it works, so it is quite strange. Maybe there is set some small timeout in OS Uploader ? Sometimes files can long time to upload
