Is anyone else having any issues with OpenSubtitles Uploader in the last 24hrs?
I can't upload subtitles as it keeps saying "Something went wrong" retry or cancel.

I uploaded the subtitles to OpenSubtitles manually and then use OpenSubtitles Uploader
to hash the subtitles with media and there's no issues with that.

Just unable to upload new subtitles via OpenSubtitles Uploader.

Thanks

if it is problem with some subtitles, which are unable to upload, send me. if more tries is needed, let me know (I need to know if it is subtitles itself problem, or server problem)

Just uploaded , Doom Patrol S03E01-05 Dutch. S03E02 had problems to upload, needed to upload them manual. Afterwards adding hashcode without problem.

Same for Britannia S03 Dutch. Problems with E02,E05 and E06. Adding Hashcode afterwards was no problem.

It happened to me also a few minutes ago with Titans S03E07 in the Dutch section.
I retried a couple of times, but no luck.
So, I uploaded the subtitle through the webpage and reuploaded it with the sup uploader to hash it.

Hello,

I've tried to upload S.W.A.T Subtitles through OpenSubtitle Uploader.
Tried with both HI and NHI and it didn't go through. I've attached the
subtitles here for you to check out.

I've uploaded them manually and hashed them with OS Uploader.

HI: http://www.filedropper.com/swat2017s05e ... h264-cakes
NHI: http://www.filedropper.com/swat2017s05e ... -cakes-nhi

EDIT:
Tried Nancy Drew, same result. Tried a few times. Did it manually.

HI: http://www.filedropper.com/nancydrew201 ... 264-gossip
NHI: http://www.filedropper.com/nancydrew201 ... gossip-nhi

EDIT 2:
Tried with Law and Order Organized Crime and had no problems uploading HI and NHI.
It uploaded both successfully. I've attached the subtitles here:

HI: http://www.filedropper.com/lawandordero ... -dexterous
NHI: http://www.filedropper.com/lawandordero ... terous-nhi

I hope this helps
Thanks

There was a bug not allowing 2nd uploads.
Meaning when you open the OS-U you can upload once, and then you have to close the program and then reopen OS-U to upload the next one. Can you confirm that's not the issue?

I know of that bug, it's not the same one though. I have tried closing and reopening OS-U
still experience issues.

That was not my problem. Closed and re-opened OS-U and had the same problem with the same 4 files i had to upload manually. Closing and re-opening didn't matter.

First time testing this app, so few questions.

1. Windows installer says "win32-setup" yet default installation directory is C:\Program Files instead of C:\Program Files (x86),
Guessing that has no effect on how this app works, but did note it as strange.

2. Exactly how to update new video hash into existing subtitle?
Tried it for https://www.opensubtitles.org/fi/subtit ... ke-eyes-fi by having
Snake.Eyes.G.I.Joe.Origins.2021.1080p.BrRip.6CH.x265.HEVC-PSA.mkv and
Snake.Eyes.G.I.Joe.Origins.2160p.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.Atmos.HDR.HEVC-EVO.srt (original subtitles)
loaded into OS-U and outcome was that it was uploaded and released as new subtitles.
Did mark them to be deleted as don't think that is how this should work. Any hints for newbie?

The same error happens to me, when I upload the subtitle, the error "something went wrong", it started about 5 days ago, the problem is random, sometimes I can see the subtitle without problem, but only a few.

I hope they can find the problem. Thanks.

If it uploads as "new" subs, meaning the file is different. Or to simplify, to update new video hash you have to upload the exact file you have downloaded from OpenSubtitles and not alter / change anything inside it.
