Re: SolEol - download/upload subs for Win, OSX, Linux

Hi.

Love the program, simple and fast to use :)

I do however have a small issue, on Windows 7, resizing the "Find and download subtitles" window screws it up. Example:

I got 3 possible matches on a series episode, since the window is a bit small I can't tell which fits the version I downloaded

But if I try to resize the window, the height gets screwed up:

Any attempts at resizing after that is futile, since it just resets to 0 height when you let go for the mousebutton.

Any idea on how to solve this?

Small blemish in an otherwise great program, thanks for taking your time to make this :)

Good program. Found myself in need of one since OpenSubDownloader went kablui a month ago.
Only thing about it, as was mentioned before - the fact that once you resize the window (in order to see the full name of the subtitle) it's size will reset to 0 height.
Also - the resize will not be necessary if there was a pop up with the full sub name.

Cheers!

Hi.

This is a known error, but I've been doing a major migration of SolEol to a new version and haven't been able to address it.

Understood. Just wanted to say I appreciate the program, as it works like nothing else currently available - which is excellent for me.

Many things can provoke that error. It means it's not able to get or save the file. Checking the preference to save files in an alternate location in case of error could help with the issue but this looks like a different error. Have you set your username and password in the preferences?
