From .sub to .srt

Hi folks,
I need a clue, I'm trying to convert a .sub subtitle format in a .srt format without lose timing. Anybody knows how can I resolve?

it is quite easy, you just need to know FPS of source file. Then you can download SubAdjust (for example, there are tons of those converting programs) and convert it to any fortmat...

Maybe in future this possibility will be added to opensubtitles.org
