donated but still got pop ups

Hi Today I made a donation through paypal to stop pop ups and advertisments i am still getting them and have not been changed to VIP after donating can anyone help am I supposed to contact someonw on here to let them know I have donated? Thanks in advance.

Hi, os is currently somewhere on vacation so you will have to wait a little time until your donation gets registered. He has to promote your profile manually I suppose.
