Copy time from one srt to another

Hello in here. If i have an srt file that dont fit to the movie, but i have another srt file where the timing is right, can i copy the times to the other srt file?

And no the subs is not out of sync by 2 or 3 seconds, it shifts in the entire movie

Subtitle Edit has something like this:
File > Import > Time codes...

Actually, since you have two subs, the following method, I think, would actually be better with Subtitle Edit:

Synchronization> Point sync via another subtitle...

Select first line from both subs within the app, select the last line from both files in the app and hit the sync button. Provided both files FPS was same to begin with, you should now have two subtitles with the same timings.
