Problem in SW 2.51

I don't know if there is a SW 2.51 topic on the forum, if there is, I would ask the moderator to move it there. My problem is this: When I work on subtitles in Subtitle Workshop 2.51, the subtitle lines actively follow the playback of the movie, and when the dialogue for one line ends, it automatically jumps to the next line. This makes it difficult for me, because if I start making corrections for one line, after finishing the dialogue, I am pushed to the next line, and further typing breaks it. I must have inadvertently activated something. So my question is: what should I do so that the subtitle lines don't follow the playback of the movie?
