Error message when selecting subs to download

For a few days now, I keep getting the following error message and I can't download subtitles. Everything has been working fine till then What do I do please:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I cannot reproduce the problem, with me everything works okay (on Firefox too).

These things usually resolve 90% of such problems:
- Delete your browser history and cookies,
- Refresh the page / restart browser,
- Use a private tab / incognto mode,
- Disable any adblocker,
- Make sure you are logged in.

If one of these (or all) doesn't fix the problem, please describe exactly what you do and what happens. Which page (URL), where do you click, etc.

I deleted browsing history & cookies and that solved the problem. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!! Have a happy holidays!
