Hi
we checked you are VIP member, try to contact us using contact form and we will try to help you. And it is always good idea to write WHAT not works, because nothing works is not true (if nothing works, you would not even write this message on forum:)
Also, which subtitle you can not download, send URL, also send screenshot if possible. Always good idea to change browser, or use browser in incognito/private mode...we need more data so we can help

I use kodi and it says :
Subtitle rate limited. Trying in 10 minutes
Constantine (1x13)
Waiting for the man
English subtitle
This status keeps on for all Constantine episodes.
Help.

I never see this message in KODI. Can you post the screenshot and make sure you are using our plugin ?
Also did you put your username and password in kodi opensubtitles addon ?
