How to update subtitles?

Hi, I'm fairly new to this site so I apologize if this is a newbie question.
I uploaded several subtitles for 'Adventures of Captain Vrungel' series, and I noticed that there's some minor issues with them (typos, mistranslations, etc) that I want to fix. I suppose that it is possible to update them, as seen here: viewtopic.php?t=16138
