Hi. We have this listing issue on the site striking again. I uploaded 2 subs this morning and they are not visible on any list. They are not even reachable using the search function.

Ok, looks like we have to wait till tomorrow for it to be fixed. Hopefully we migrate soon so these issues happen less often.

Looks like a different issue than the usual listing issue caused by the cache.
Cos when I search for the subs using the name (Chaos Walking) and hit enter, I get this sub: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtit ... ronaldo-en

Pasting IMDb URL in search bar and hitting enter should give the result, but that returns 0 results.
Please let us know tomorrow (24hrs from upload) if it shows, otherwise it may be a different issue than assumed.
They've had over several 1000 downloads, makes one wonder how users are finding them.
Maybe via API software.

Hopefully we migrate soon so these issues happen less often.

Edit:
It's just an issue for the English subs. Select ALL languages as search and then paste "Chaos Walking" in search bar, it'll appear as a listing in drop down box below. Selecting it will show all subs except for the English ones.

this is problem with suggestion - it regenerates every 24 hours and then it caches for 24 hours.

This problem struck again today and none of the uploads from yesterday after the backup/restore process is visible on the list or via search.
