yes web4 went down and we find out there is always problem when making backup of db, we need to change this.

I'm currently helping and instructing
Our newest active member SuperOne (Hebrew)
He's quick lerner and doing great uploading tv episodes.
He report that the site unavailable a lot of times.
Are you aware of an active problem?
What additional information should he provide.

thanks for info. we changed something in past days, thanks for feedback, we will try to put it back as it was (it is not optimal, we tried to fix something, but actually broke something else...)

UPDATE:
the site is online.
But we got some TV shows pages - completely empty of episodes.
ex:

Yes, we are experiencing some trouble with the connection between IMDb and OpenSubtitles. This is causing this (and some other issues). We are aware of the problems and working on a fix, but this one is quite a challenge and easier said than done.
Please be patient...

i do very know pointing out issues like this isnt easy.
We are very patient and understand the complexity of maintainin database like this.

This ain't fixed, still shows error 3
Gotham page is empty white with error (3)

My guess its not related to the imdb issue.
