How to add a new movie to the opensubtitles database?

I want to add new MOVIE which is not in OS database (The Nest). I searched but didn't find such a function. Is it possible with "uploader" status?

Movie or subtitle?
You can upload a subtitle without having an account.
If you want upload a subtitle, you have to click on upload https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/upload, then on the page that opens you have to fill the fields. (imbd id : 8338762)
Choose the subtitle file.
After doing that at the bottom of the page click on upload.

Anyway I leave here the list of subtitles already available for that movie.

Yes, we can read. But it's confusing if you are talking about adding a MOVIE to the database, if that movie is already present at IMDb and thus at Opensubtitles as well and you even give the IMDb ID of that movie.

In such case there is no need to add this movie to the OS database. In fact, it would actually just frustrate the system to add a 'duplicate' movie name. You can (and should) upload your subs for this movie using the IMDb ID 8338762.
