Hello, when I select a movie or show to play I get a message saying "subtitles extraction failed". This is occurring no matter what option do I choose movies or shows... Thank you for any help!

you didnt write which program you use or any details which could help with your issue. Try if you can download subtitles from www.opensubtitles.org
