ERROR OPENSUBTITLE

Hi there. please help me suddenly my open subtitles addons stop working i will use from years the open subtitles without login and i try with the updated ones and the same error. i put the same user and password i sue in the web page and nothing. the error said Error open subtitles check the log for more information.. i use a android box and i use open subtitles using kodi . how in the world i access to a log for doing what?
