I see there is the option to specify season number in the advanced search, but if you leave the episode field blank, all episodes come up.
How about a check box for Full season ?
I know they don't always exist, but this would often be my first choice.

From any subtitle of any episode you can click on the link "All subtitles for this TV Series" (just below the title in blue font)
Then you are redirected to the overview page.
Right next to the text "Season 1" etc. you see a download icon.
If you click that, you will download all subs for that whole season.
Mind you, depending on the serie, this can be A LOT of subtitles and easily you get to the limit of downloads per day.
