Cant Find My Requests.

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to make requests for two movies on the opensubtitles site. I did for one of them. But when I click on "My Requests", I am not able to see it. Is there some kind of a delay from the time of request to the time I actually see it show up. I also don't see it in the requests page if i sort it by time. Can you please tell me if what can I do about this?
