Stremio OpenSubtitle Log in

For some days i can't use OpenSubtitles with Stremio. Log in is asked but i didn't found the way to do it.
Do someone know how to do this ?

I don't know about Stremio specifically, but in general, make sure you are using the login credentials for the main subtitle site: www.opensubtitles.org
The login for the FORUM is NOT the same thing.
If that doesn't do the job, please provide some more details.
A screenshot, what is the error message exactly, etc.
