Berlin, Berlin (2002-2005) TV series, 4th Season?

Hi all,
Does someone know why the (original) German subtitles of the 4th (last) season of Berlin, Berlin hasn't been done yet?
Based on the credits, it was done by David Safier, the original author of the story, so it could have been just a simple upload, or by someone else and the credit just refers to the original author out of respect?

So, how can I find out who uploaded the first three seasons and how can I contact him or her?

There could be a zillion reasons why these has not been translated/uploaded yet. But if you go to the list you linked, try the few last episodes, they are all uploaded by haluzator1:
He/she would be the one to ask. If you click on that name, you go to the profile page and you can post your question.
Just to be sure: keep in mind that this is all unpaid voluntary love work. Nobody is paid or obliged to do anything.

I have not finished the 4th season yet, because i stopped to watch Berlin, Berlin after 3rd season :D
But i have a plan to do it one day. To be clear, i have plan to "OCR" the original hardcoded subtitles which were on DVD.

(I couldn't found the link by simply browsing, they were only available on ALL languages, but once I did a search on German, this specific page didn't come up. So, based on logic, I had to modify the link for ALL language page to get to this page.)
Now I'll begin to translate these to English using machine translator, I will put a post here once I'm done and uploaded them. It would be nice if I could upload all of them in one shot.

There are so many german slang words and abbreviations. It will be tough... :)

You're right, this Berlin, Berlin is full of German slang, but nevertheless, I already translated all of them to English using a web based translator and I already watched the first sixteen, but got stuck at 17 (S04E17) because I forgot download this episode from Youtube 3 years ago and now I cannot find it anywhere on the net!!! :(
