Not sure (at all) but it looks like it could be related to
my problem with SE + plugins - which was solved as soon as I downloaded the latest .NET version:

Hi Suad,
Yes, SE 3.5.7 OCR via Tesseract is broken... you can either download SE 3.5.6 or use "Binary image compare" or try latest beta:
