I've just bought a VIP membership to mass download subtitles to my plex media center, however, I still can't download anything, daily limit of 200 seems to be full.

As far as I understand, VIP membership is there to solve these problems - should I do anything specific to enable my VIP abilities?

Hello, I think ypu will have to contact the admin, because your payment details will not contain the user details used here.
They see a payment, but cannot link it to the user account on OS.
There have been a few people that had same problem, so a few similar posts can be found.

PLEX can have buggy downloader. I suggest to use latest SubZero addon for PLEX, where our service is properly supported (use latest version)
