Well, this is the hash code.
Its added to the list when the user upload the subtitle or see the movie, with a software like Bsplayer, OSplayer etc

If you upload by the website, initially there will be no hash code.
But with the time progressing, others using the subtitles with certain software, hash codes are added (by that software). So, slowly slowly, more and more hash codes (and also video file names) are added.
The text "uploaded by BsPlayer v2.65" is indeed a bit misleading. In this case it actually means something like "used by BsPlayer v2.65".

I turned on the open subtitles by mistake, but have been watching it in the meantime. So, the movie is in English, and the subtitles are in English. How hard could that be? And yet, there were many incorrect words displayed, and there was a 5-scene (at least) delay.
I wouldn't recommend this service.
