I already search and can not find the subtitle, it must already have been deleted by another administrator.

Thank you Funchalense. I did subsequently find "HOW TO MARK SUBTITLES AS BAD!" and marked it as bad hence your not finding it but "HOW TO CORRECT/REPORT SUBTITLES GUIDE" answers all my queries. I will now re-upload as the Pt 1 and Pt 2 were back to front.
