Incomplete list of available subtitles

This problem has already been reported twice in the Dutch language section of the forum. Perhaps also in other language sections, but I don't read those, considering the fact that I wouldn't understand a word of it anyway.

The problem becomes apparent when you click on the link "All subtitles for this TV Series".


Ideally this would give you a complete list of all available subtitles for all aired seasons in a specific language.

Recently however there appears to be a bug/problem in the system. Most TV series are unaffected by it, but some series only show 1 or 2 seasons, or in the case I presented here -

- the list of available subtitles is cut off after season 3, episode 3.



The subtitles themselves however remain available, as evidenced by clicking (in this case) on the Season 3 link.
The subs are not gone, they just don't show up in the list of available subtitles.


This problem has already been reported by a Site Admin. However, this may prove to be a not so easy to find bug. So if anyone else encounters a similar problem, it might help the programmer(s) if you could provide them (preferably in this thread) with a link and (if possible) a screenshot.

Earlier on 'Grey's anatomy' and 'Castle' had a similar issue. Both are already resolved.
This thread is basically intended (upon SmallBrother's request) to find out if these are (were) isolated incidents, or if there's some kind of bug in the system.

Apparently more TV series are now affected. The list of available subtitles is a complete blank.

No subtitles listed at all. Obviously I haven't tried all series... just 3. Two are blank... the third works as it should.
There seem to be other problems as well regarding downloading of subs... so possibly this is related. Just thought I'd let you know, because maybe it can be of help. ;)

Tried a few tests and everything seems to be working fine now. :)


The program I use most often to find subtitles uses this feature (list of episodes) to scan for all available subtitles in a specific language. If the list is empty (or incomplete) it returns "0" for an episode, which translates to "No subtitles found".

So hopefully (dirty hack or not) you can keep this feature functioning. Thanks for all your work fixing this. ;)
