Cannot rate and thank for subtitles anymore

Since a few time I can't rate or thank for subtitles anymore.
Can somebody help me with this?

That is just one example. All the others don't work neither.

So a few questions:
- Are you using Internet Explorer? Have you tried Firefox? With Firefox the problem is gone?
- You also have the same problem as F-at-R: you cannot select multiple languages from the dropdown list next to the search field?

- Yes I'm using IE and only IE.
- No I don't have that problem with language selection.

Criminal Minds en per vergissing een 3 aanstipte. Ik heb dan iets geschreven in reaktie. Daarop heb jij gerepliceerd
dat je van die drie geen tien kon maken maar wel die drie kon verwijderen. Sedertdien heb ik het gemelde probleem.

In my case I cannot rank or thank and my language drop down for multiple language selection is gone. I can select one language at a time.
I'm using Windows 8.1 + Explorer 11.0.33. In FireFox on that same laptop this problem does not occur, as on other computers with Windows 7 or 10. What Windows version are you using? Greetings F@R

Yes, I remember that event. But I can hardly imagine that me deleting that one rating, results in this problem, especially since it is happening with EVERY subtitle now. But to rule that out, you could try to make a completely new account and test if things work fine with that fresh account.

Also, (maybe start with this) try to delete all cookies and history of the browser:
- Click the "Tools" icon at the right top corner.
- Choose "Internet Options".
- In the tab "General", chapter "Browsing history", click the button "Delete".
- Make sure "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data" are checked.
- Click button "Delete".

So, it's not Window 8.1 problem, since we have the same kind of problems but I'm using Windows 8.1 and you Windows 10.
